TWO DAYS PROPOSED TEAM BUILDING SCHEDULE
Program Facilitation and Group Management
Our team of seasoned facilitators will ensure the teams are placed in evenly mixed, manageable groups depending on the activity and associates present. Activities will have a debrief session on completion to help crystallize the key lessons so as to help participants reflect on their application back at work. Every day’s exercise will end with the creation of a three-point action strategy which all members present will be expected to roll out in their various capacities
Below is our proposed activity schedule of the outdoor program with some key points that can be addressed, however, there is usually no right or wrong way to go about it, rather we leave it open ended for associates to mull over.
PLEASE NOTE: In the case of bad weather, a corresponding indoor program is available for the team and can be availed upon request.
